News on Morley Town Deal

Munroe K (owners of the White Rose Park) have submitted a full planning application to the Local Planning Authority for the construction of a new building for flexible office and training uses, ancillary cafe, office extension to an existing office building, cycle parking, modifications to the existing car parking and associated landscaping.

Ingenuity will be a living lab for smart city innovation. Ingenuity is 1,500m2 of purpose-designed space for people to connect, be inspired, uncover opportunities, experiment, prototype and work on projects, with White Rose Park and its tenants providing a real-world testbed for smart city innovations.
