News on Morley Town Deal

This week will see the launch of phase 1 of the public consultations for public realm and highway schemes under the Greener and Connected and Station Gateway projects.

The public consultations cover a range of schemes in this phase including:

Our teams will also be out in person in Morley on Queen Street (find us in the shelter outside Santander bank) and along Station Road down to the station, from 9am to 4pm on Saturday 15 July and Tuesday 25 July to discuss the proposals and find out your views on the schemes.

The highways team will also be out in person at Morley Library on the above dates consulting on the Albion Road and Commercial Street schemes.

Following both in person events all scheme proposals will be located on boards at Morley Library for the remainder of the consultation period for you to view at your leisure.

The online consultations will close by 6 August 2023.
